They are,,,, NDA(National Defense academy) CDSE(Combined Defense Service examination) NDA stands for National Defense Academy.NDA exam is conducted by UPSC... Through NDA exam you can enter into the one of the 3 wings.namely Air force Indian Navy Army.. After clearing the NDA exam you can enter into the one of the defense services.. Eligibility for NDA: You must be citizen from India You have to complete your 12th standard from any recognized board. Your age should not more than 19 years and not less than 16.5 years.. If you are interested in Indian Navy should have the Mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject.. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.Girls are not eligible for NDA exam. CDSE: CDSE stands for Combined Defense Service Examination.UPSC will hold the CDSE examination every year. Through CDS exam you can go for following services Indian Military Academy navel academy Air force academy Officers training academy. Eligibility for IMA and OTA : You must complete your graduation from any recognized university. Your age should in between 19-24 years. You must be unmarried male candidate. The Minimum Qualification for applying NDA Exam is 12th class pass . Education or equivalent Examination conducted by a state Education board or a university. And the candidate should be minimum 17 yrs of age to apply for NDA Examination. So, complete your 12th first then you can apply for NDA exam. |

Because you are not eligible to apply NDA -Air Force Wing ,it requires Math and Physics. So you have to go for Graduation i.e B.Com . After B.com you can apply for AFCAT Examination through Ground Duty Branch. Ground Duty Branch is having 2 more sub branch Administration and Logistics OR Accounts Branch. For Administration and Logistics : You have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognized University with Minimum 60% Marks and your age should between 20 to 23 Years. For Accounts Branch : You have to complete your Graduate degree course in commerce with Minimum 60% Marks form a recognized University. After completing B.com you are not eligible to apply Flying Branch and Technical Branch of Air Force Academy.These both branch require candidate having degree with physics and math subjects or engineers. So you are eligible to only Ground Duty Branch. In this Branch there is no hard rule about spectacles as you have to work in office. So your spectacles are allowed in this section. You can join Indian Air Force and Navy after 12th or Graduation from Science that to with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics through NDA and CDS entrance exam. Hi Friend,,,,, Sorry, you cannot join indian navy as you are from commerce stream.For joining Navy ,science should be the subject at 10+2 level. But you can join army through N.D.A . The age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years. your height should be 157.7 cms.with correlated weight. You can join navy after completing your graduation. Through C.D.S.E you can join NAVY . The educational qualification is B.sc with maths and physics as compulsory subjects. Your age should be between 19-22 years. The candidate must be mentally and physically fit. ALL THE BEST. |
