Re: Is it good to do MBA in Finance after BSc? HELLO SIR.......... I think MBA in finance is ofcourse a rewarding programme but only if it has been done from the best of the institutes. In the present scenario, most of the students and professionals are interested in MBA but each of them will not qualify for the corporate competition. A degree is never enough to get you a satisfying career. You need to have certain inborn qualities to succeed in a particular field. If you think you have all what it needs to be in the Managerial position, then definitely go for it, else stick to your expertise. BEST OF LUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

As you want to take finance as your specialization after mba as per my views is concerned it will not be right decision as there are lots of terms related to finance which a commerce students learn in their graduation. During MBA program time is very less as due to semester system. so it is hard to learn all concepts. Another reason is that after completing MBA when you will apply for the job in finance arena you have to face competition with commerce students and C.A, I.C.W.A. |

So, if you want to make your career in software field, then MCA is the best option for you and you will definately get good salary pacakge after completing this course. So, just go for MCA, its better field for you. Otherwise its totally depends on your choice... |

Like in india the corporate sectors are flourising and so this field is also rising. So its quite rewarding to join this course.The main task of a finance managet is to try out new ways to help company earn profit in terms of money. The starting salary is 10 to 40 thousand monthly and once you get experienced you can get a salary in lakhs a month. So go for it. Its really a rewarding career thanks |

There are many certifications and courses that one can take like IIBF courses, NCFM certifications, IFBI. But investment banking certifications are only offered by Finitiatives Learning.. also, there is a financial modelling certification by NCFM..it would be helpful in investment banking. there are also courses like CFA..which are very reputed..but they are long term like 2-3 yrs minimum..so you'll have to start ur prep today itself for them.. MBA course is full demand these days. They have plenty of opportunities and they can enter into any sector as any kind of business need to be managed well by managers who are MBA people. will suggest you to pursue your MBA in B-Schools so that there is good value for your MBA degree and you can have a good career. In most institutions dual specialization will be available for MBA. Better to take Marketing as the second option or any other one which you are interested.
