The previous year exam pattern of HAL exam is as follows.. hope it will be the same for this time too....


-> There will be total of 160 questions, the sections are as follows...


-> General Awareness - 15 questions.

General Engineering - 25 questions.
Specific Discipline - 120 questions.
There will be no negative marking and each question carries 1 marks respectively...

POINTS TO NOTE :

-> The previous year exam pattern of HAL exam is as follows.. hope it will be the same for this time too....


-> There will be total of 160 questions, the sections are as follows...


-> General Awareness - 15 questions.

-> General Engineering - 25 questions.

-> Specific Discipline - 120 questions.


-> There will be no negative marking and each question carries 1 marks respectively...

2.mechanical and production
3.metallurgy
4.electrical and electronics
5.computer science.

The eligibility for appearing in the exam is
bachelor degree in the specific discipline with a aggregate of 60% for generl and OBC.the minimum marks is 50% for SC/ST category

The exam is conducted for 160 marks.The pattern for the exam includes
general engineering (marks 25)
general awareness (marks 15)
specific engineering course (marks 120)
there is no negative marks for the exam

The Hindustan Aeronautics Limited(HAL) are classified into five Disciplines as indicated below:

1) Aeronautical

2) Mechanical and Production

3) Metallurgy

4) Electrical and Electronics

5) Computer Science



A.>The question about Technical subjects is:

1.>what is the unit of MI on mass basis… kg/m2

2.>chromium increases … wear resistance & ductility + toughness

3.>carbide tool bit fixed on tool by ….. brazing

4.>when shaft subjected to toque and bending..then eqvl. … . twisting moment is v(M2 + T2.
