You can fill it online & submit the fees of the form which is : General category:Rs. 1500 SC/STcategory :Rs. 1200 NRI category:Rs. 3000 Or send the hardcopy of the form by post  hanvantri Nagar, Gorimedu, Puducherry-605 006. Only online application can be submitted for the entrance exam. At first you should go throgh the JIPMER 2012 PG admission Prospectus which is attached with this message. Read the prospectus carefully. To apply online you should visit http://www.jipmer.edu/ Go to link 'online application for MD/MS course' Click on NEW APPLICATION and register. You can make payment by Credit Card/Debit Card/Demand Draft. If you want to do payment by DD then you should get it ready before starting application. After successful completion of application you should take the printout of confirmation page. Send it to the JIPMER office with require enclosures. The address for sending in the application shall be Professor (Academic), JIPMER, Puducherry – 605 006 The application fee is For Unreserved (UR) / Institute (INST) / Other Backward Classes (OBC) : Rs.1000/- For Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) : Rs.800/- |
