The cut off for civil engineering in BITS pilani campus was 306 marks last year. The cut off will be near about the same this year as well, but might increase marginally due to the fierce competition. However, you can consider the BITS Hyderabad campus as well. The cut off in Hyderabad campus in BITSAT 2011 was 280 marks, so you can easily get Civil there. Good luck
