Re: How much marks are needed in 12th to be eligible for pre medical test? Dear pal, All India Pre Medical Test is conducted every year for admitting the aspirants the MBBS BDS course. The exam is to be held on appril.The eligibility requirement for applying for the exam includes 1. The aspirant should have completed 17 years of age and age should not be exceed above 25. 2. Aspirants who have completed 10+2 qualification are eligible for appearing in the exam. The aspirant should have chosen biology, physics and chemistry as subject in the higher secondary course. The aspirant should have secured a minimum of 50% in the qualifying exam. For sc and st aspirants the minimum of 40% . Aspirant with b.sc qualification are also eligible to appear for the exam. But the aspirant should have studied any two of the below subjects namely physics, zoology, chemistry and botany. |

Its a very good though from you ,to become a doctor after 12th for that you have to complete the MBBS(Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery)course Eligibility or MBBS Courses: 1:you should pass 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology including Botany and Zoology. scoring with minimum 50% marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology including Botany and Zoology. for all backward class candidates should secure minimum 40% marks. Duration of the course is 4 1/2 years divided into 9 semesters of 6 months each. 2::you should be an Indian National. Re: How much marks are needed in 12th to be eligible for pre medical test? dear friend, See at first I have mentioned the eligible criteria for Pre-medical test in 12 th standard. Eligible Criteria : * candidate must have to pass 10+2 nd standard or equivalent examination with PCB (Physics , Chemistry , Biology) * candidate must have to score at-least 50% (for GEN candidate) or 45% (for others) * candidate must have to pass 10 th standard or equivalent examination with at-least 55% marks. * if there is any gap between 10 th and 10+2 nd standard then it will not be acceptable. good luck. |

You need to score a minimum of 50% in physics, chemistry, biology to appear for the test. It is necessary to clear the entrance test for getting admission. This year the central government is conducting a common entrance tests for all the medical colleges in India. The marks obtained in 12th and the entrance test will be taken in to consideration. It is better that you score very high marks in 12th to ensure seat in Medical college. thanks |

For premedical test u should atleast score above 160 and above marks in MH-CET exam and should score above 85% in the board exam the above requirements are for open caste students for reserved caste students MH-CET marks should b above 120 the board exam marks should b above 65% |

Re: How much marks are needed in 12th to be eligible for pre medical test? The minimum eligibility to write Pre medical test is to secure atleast 50% in PCB. Since there is a common exam for admission in medical college for whole India ,you must get maximum marks in 12th as that will be considered and be given sufficient weightage. GOOD LUCK. |
