If you have completed bcom and wish to be a Chartered Accountant you must register for IPCC. It is the inter level of CA course. Registration is not done in IPCC institutes it is done with ICAI. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
As you are a direct entry student you must undergo 9 months articleship training under a Chartered Accountant before writing the exam. The exams are conducted on may and november every year. The completion of IPCC exam depends on the attempts you take to clear both groups.
After completion of exam you must continue articleship training for 3 years. Thereafter you must write final exam. Then only you will become a Chartered Accountant.

Re: Procedure to do CA after completion of B.Com?

You can definately give the C.A. exam

you should firstly give the CPT exams u are eligible for filling the form because for the C.A. course u should +2 passed in anf faculty of a reputed institute

As you have completed Bcom so you are eligible

Ypu will first have to give the CPT exam
then you will have to pass the PCC exam

After completion of these two courses u can apply for the C.A. course and by completing it you can Become a C.A.

There i very much scope for a C.A. at today stage
