Hi Friend, if you are in B.Tech final year then you can apply for both Group 1 and Group 2. your age should be between 18 and 34. should be a graduate in any stream from any recognised university. recently APPSC has increased the upper age limit to 34. so, with BE you can apply for Group 1 and Group 2.
