Re: Details about name and place of payee of demand draft of AIPMT? Hi AIPMT stands for the All India Pre Medical Test. Its an entrance exam which is conducted mainly by the AIIMS to select candidates for the various medical courses in the colleges all over India. -->> The Basic Eligibility Criteria to apply for this exam is that one should be a minimum 12th pass with science + biology subjects from any recognized school or state board and have scored more than 50% aggregate in it. The latest Notification for the AIPMT is out recently and it is put up on their website. To visit it, Please Click Here. I am also uploading the Information Brochure. Kindly download and refer for your information. If you wish to apply online, Please Click Here I have uploaded the syllabus also. Use it for accurate preparations. The pattern of the exam is in two parts : PRELIMS AND MAINS The Prelims would be held on 1st April 2012 and the Mains exam would be held on 13th May 2012 -> Both the papers would be objective type with 4 options out of which only 1 would be correct. -> Negative marking would be done for each wrong answer you give deducting 1/4th of the marks of that question from your total till that question You have to apply before the due date which is 25th January 2012. The application fees can be submitted through demand draft/credit card/ debit card. fee is Rs.1000/-. The draft can be taken from any nationalized bank. The draft is to be taken in favor of Secretary, CBSE. write your name, contact number, address on the back side of the demand draft.
