Re: How to get a good placement in a core company? Any chance to get placed with CGPA of 7.8? My CGPA is 6.5 and based on my CGPA our college calculated percentage as 57.98%. my question is how the companies recruit us based on CGPA or percentage?!!! And finalize marks in CGPA only. The same will be followed by technical interview. The final round will be the HR round. You need to be well prepared and if required join a training institute to help you in the same.
