Yes my dear friend you can get direct admission in B.Tech 2nd year through lateral entry scheme . There are following criteria for lateral entry scheme :- 1]A candidate should have diploma in those field which is related to engineering. 2]A candidate should have at least 50 % in diploma . 3]Then a candidate has to give entrance exam . 4] After clearing the exam a candidate is eligible for engineering. 5]A candidate will get direct admission in 2 nd year of engineering. So if you have 50 % IN DIPLOMA then you will get admission in engineering . Thank you |
