No, its not possible to register for the Integrated Professional Competence Course without qualifying the Common Proficiency Test.
Earlier, there was a provision for graduates to get exemption from the Foundation Program but since the Foundation Program has been replaced by the Common Proficiency Test, now every individual has to go through the test in order to pursue chartered accountancy course.
