But there is a lot of difference between IISC and IIT's. The standards of IISC are far greater than IIT's. If you observe past few years, to enter into IISC you should have atleast below AIR 50. Top 0.1% in GATE will enter into IISC. |

Re: Which is better choice between IISC and IIT to pursue M.Tech? I think IIT is best choice for M.Tech.IIT colleges provide 100% persent placement for M.Tech student. For admission in IIT college for M.Tech you have to write for GATE entrance exam.by scoring good marks good marks in GATE exam you can get chance of M.Tech from IIT college. IISC colleges are also very good for M.Tech. you can choose these college for M.Tech. These colleges also provide good education. I think you should choose IIT college for M.Tech before IISC.IIT colleges are best colleges for M.Tech. |

Re: Which is better choice between IISC and IIT to pursue M.Tech? Both the institutes are quite popular. IIT's are generally considered the best. Campus placements in both the institutes are almost at par. So you can join on the basis on the institute offering courses of your interest. You must certainly apply to both the institutes to keep your options open. |
