hi sashana...you can go for 5 yrs integrated course(master degree and Phd) which is offered by many universities...if not, then you can opt for any university outside India.there it is normal,but in India it is difficult to get a reputated university offering the the.

You can do ph.d in economics whithout doing masters in economics. Your subjects are most preferable . In india I.G.I.D.R. Mumbai you can do it P.U chandigarh offers 5 year integrated ph.d economics . In America university of california offer it. And online submission is open till 31 december .

without requiring master degree if you want to phd you have to go for integrated phd.

also there are some university those offer phd without requiring master degree.
