To crack the IBPS PO interview , you have to improve your soft skills..
Soft skills like-

1.Body language
2.Personality
3.Politeness
4.Presents of mind
5.Speaking english.

These are the qualities you have to build in you.

IBPS PO interview consists of two sessions.

1.Technical interview
2.HR interview

In technical interview they will ask you questions from your technical papers..

And in HR interview they will ask you questions like-

1.Tell me about yourself
2.Your strength and weak points.
3.Tell me about your family
4.After 5 years in which position you wants to see yourself.
5.Why banking Jobs..

These are questions they may ask you..
So, get prepare for the interview..

The IBPS interviews are generally related to judge the candidates knowledge about the particular topics that are used to handle in their day to day tasks.Some specific questions are based on CASA,Basel norms & profit of the bank,difference between various banking products etc.So there are two types of questions to be asked-

1. HR Questions
2. Technical Questions

So one has to be go thoroughly to know the depth of these questions then only He can have more chances to be shortlisted.
