In the year 2011 campus recruitment its criteria:- -Candidates have minimum 50% mark through out career. they have no backlogs at the time of interview. candidate must be an INDIAN. Syntel is a integrated IT & KPO solutions across nearly every industry.it provides culture professional ,financial growth to employee.Recently it is under 100 best smallest company in world. *Yes,they will provide this maoney after complete your training period but in training period they provide arround 12000/- to 14000/-.
