Please go through these I think these will help you for interview : Interview sessions are considered tough by many candidates as it involves speaking out. To overcome this fear, prepare for basic interview questions and ask a friend to help you with the mock interview. Interviewers would ask about you, your family background, strengths, weaknesses, the reason they should hire you etc. Be confident while answering the questions. Dressing up is equally important as it will improve your chances to get selected. A perfectly groomed candidate with a professional interview outfit will definitely earn brownie points. Both men and women should wear business suit that is both clean and wrinkle free, a neat professional hairstyle, and neatly trimmed nails. The first step to the preparation of bank interview is to know the bank of which you have cleared the exam. Almost all banks today have their website to promote financial products and provide online banking for their customers. Know about their history, services, products, achievement, management, as well as their values. |

Soft skills like- 1.Personality 2.Attitude 3.Body language 4.presence of mind 5.Spoken English These are the important factors you have to build in you. The interview held in two sessions.. 1.HR Interview:- where they will ask you questions about yourself.. 2.Technical interview:- They will ask you questions from technical papers.. So, get prepare for this technical papers.. Try secure some banking sector knowledge also , they can ask you questions from banking sector.. So, prepare for the interview in this way.. It differs from bank to bank. but they are mainly: reasoning ability numerical ability clerical aptitude test computer basics general English you should start the preparation for the exam 3 to 4 months before... the best way to prepare for the exam is to buy one or two books from the market, the name for which is given below, and start practicing. the more you practice the more you will be able to complete the paper in that limited time which is very short to solve all the questions. so practice is everything to prepare for bank's exam. the books which you can follow to prepare are given below(buy one or two): Upkar`s SBI PO Examination (Solved Papers) Ramesh`s Bank PO.
