To enter in to banking sector either you can prepare for IBPS exam or pursue degree/certification course. For IBPS exam you need to prepare for – 1. Reasoning 2. General Awareness 3. English Language 4. Aptitude 5. Computer knowledge Other way which leads you towards banking sector is doing MBA in Banking & Finance or other certification course. How can I enter in banking sector? some important sections of which you have to QUALIFY IN BANK EXAM:-1.aptitude 2.reasoning 3.english 4.banking aptitude 5.general knowledge To crack those sections according to me: 1:study the daily newspaper. 2:solve more and more problems from various aptitude test books likeR.S.Agarwal,Barron's etc. 3:Try to discover more and more new own tricks by which you can easily solve any problem in a less time . 4:You can go for self tests. 5:study your general science subjects Physics,Mathematics properly. |

How can I enter in banking sector? hi pal, you are thinking of being a banker.it is a wise step i would say considering the duty hours to salary ratio in the (other) private sectors.the following steps will be helpful if you have meet the basic criteria to appear the banking examinations i.e IBPS(clerical/po) or any other. you just prepare the fields from which you will face questions from: 1.aptitude 2.reasoning 3.english 4.banking aptitude 5.general knowledge for all this you have go through various magazines(for general knowledge). vigorous practice of aptitude and reasoning.for this i will recommend you books |

You have to clear the written test and interview to get into any public sector bank. The usual pattern in any bank test is an objective test consisting of General Awareness/Computer Knowledge/social economic, Reasoning Ability Test, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. There may be a descriptive paper on different topics based on social economic and social issues. For preparation you can solve many books like for quantitative aptitude and reasoning books by RS Agrawal. You can even solve previous solved papers of PO of different banks. Focus on current events and also on social economics. |
