WIPRO CRITERIA DETAILS : 1.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION : The candidate must score minimum 55% marks throughout academic career. 2.STUDY GAP : Maximum 2 years of study gap is allowed here. 3.BACKLOG CRITERIA : No pending backlogs are allowed here. INFOSYS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : 1.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION : The candidate must score minimum 70% marks throughout academic career. 2.STUDY GAP : Maximum 2 years of study gap is allowed here. 3.BACKLOG CRITERIA : No pending backlogs are allowed here. TCS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : 1.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION : The candidate must score minimum 60% marks throughout academic career. 2.STUDY GAP : Maximum 2 years of study gap is allowed here. 3.BACKLOG CRITERIA : No pending backlogs are allowed here. Re: How to prepare for companies like WIPRO, Satyam and Infosys? Generally , the company will conduct 3 to 4 rounds . The selection pattern willbe as follows 1. Written exam 2. Group discussion 3. Hr interview 4. Technical interview so, you shouldbe well prepared for the first round . The written exam will be in the following topics 1. Arithemetic 2. Reasoning 3. Verbal and non verbal skills 4. Technical questions ( c,c++ , java , sql ) |

Re: How to prepare for companies like WIPRO, Satyam and Infosys? first you have to practice the quantitative aptitude and reasoning well.gather the recent placement papers of the companies.and practice those papers also because you will come to know how the pattern will be.while practicing the papers set the time.time factor is very very important. After that if you are cse,it,or mca you have to get grip in basics in subjects java,c,c++,dbms,os,and finally software engineering. if you are ece or any other stream you have to be good at c,java,and dbms. another important one the communication in english.you have to be good speaker in english. Re: How to prepare for companies like WIPRO, Satyam and Infosys? hi..the entrance examinations of the software companies that you have mentioned are generally based on aptitude tests and hence you have to be really strong in the aptitude part to do well in these examinations ,the various steps to improve your aptitude are as follows : 1.read an national news paper like THE HINDU regularly and make the note of the words that you don't know and try to learn there meanings from the dictionary ,this will improve your vocabulary a lot , 2. follow books like r.d sharma series and practice the various sections of the aptitude examination 3.the various sections in the aptitude examinations are a.quantitative b.data interpretation c.verbal d.reading comprehensions e.reasoning both verbal and non verbal 4.you can also follow the materials of the TIME INSTITUTE ,they will really help you to improve 5.give as many mock tests as possible 6.practice the barrons gre book really well because most of the examinations generally lift the questions directly from this book and if you have practice it well then you can some times directly answer the questions even without even thinking much |
