The JIPMER entrance exam form will be available in two places as follows..

-> JIPMER campus.

-> Selected SBI Branches.

-> JIPMER campus address,

Dhanvantri Nagar,
Gorimedu,
Pondicherry - 605 006, India

-> You can also contact the campus officials on (0413) 2272380 - 90.

-> Tentative dates for JIPMER 2012 exam is as follows..
