Re: Can I appear for UPSC Exam having completed my Degree with 50% of marks? you are elligible for union public service commission exam(UPSC) because the minimum aggregate required in graduation to give UPSC exam is 50%.So,if your age limit between 21years(min) and 30 years(max) then you are able to give exam.After qualify C.D.S exam you can join Defence services.C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year. Age limit of C.D.S exam is 19-24 year.IMPORTANT DATES FOR C.D.S. EXAM.(II), 2012 Date of Notification:-02.06.2012 Last date of receipt of form:-02.07.2012(MONDAY) Date of exam:-16.09.2012(SUNDAY)I.A.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C once in a year.Age limit:For Open category:- 21-30 year |

Note:If you belong to any reserve category like(SC/ST) then their is relaxtion in graduate percentage as well as age limit. Hi, Yes you can appear for UPSC examination with 50% marks at graduation level.For UPSC examination there no cut off marks for graduates.The main thing to be concerned is doing well in the UPSC examination.
