Re: What is the full fee structure to do CS course? I am a B.Com student CS - COMPANY SECRETARY is a correspondence course managed and conducted by ICSI(Institute of Company Secretary of India). The course is divided in to three parts:- FOUNDATION PROGRAM:- The candidate having 12th qualification in any discipline is eligible to apply for this program. The course fee for this program is Rs.3600.00 and Exam fee for Rs.875.00 EXECUTIVE PROGRAM:- The candidate having completed Foundation Program is eligible for this Executive program. The candidate having completed Graduation Degree in any discipline can directly be admitted to this program. Course fee for this Program is Rs.6500.00 for Foundation program pass candidate, for Commerce Graduate it is Rs.7000.00 and for other Graduate it is Rs.7500.00. The exam fee is for Rs.900.00 PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM:- The candidate having completed Executive Program is eligible for Professional Program. I am a B.Com student Company Secretary MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE 10+2 passed any stream (art, science, commerce) or equivalent qualification. or if you want to do this after graduation than there is no need to clear the first stage of company secretary.
