There are two session generally in a year for C.S. So for June,2012 session you have to fill up the form on 30th September,2011. ICSI :- Institute of Company Secretary of India CS is an professional course . The duration of the course is for four years with practical training . The course having three levels namely , -Foundation Course -Intermediate course -Final course For Foundation course :- you should be complete 12th board Examination in any discipline like Commerce / Science / Arts etc.. from recognized university or equivalent Examination from recognized university . You should score Minimum 55% percentage of marks . For Intermediate Course :- You should be qualified in graduation in any discipline from recognized university . MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE 10+2 passed any stream (art, science, commerce) or equivalent qualification. There are no restrictions on marks secured in Senior Secondary Examination(10+2). Qualified Company Secretaries possess rich knowledge in legal, finance and management matter of company. Aspirant in 12th standard. respected sir , you choose a very good field for your daughter as this is best suited for girls . but your daughter is in standard 12 . first she must be a graduate with min. 50% marks to be civil services officers and there are lot of entrance exam conducted by state and central commission. There are only private institutions who prepare aspirant for civil services course. fee vary from place to place . thanx |

The next level of the course is Executive Program, and in order to be eligible for it, she will need to qualify the Foundation Program Examination. However, graduate in any discipline are eligible to register for Executive Program without pursuing the Foundation Program. The duration of this program is also nine months. Apart from these two programs, the course also comprise of management training for a period of fifteen months and finally, the Professional Program. The fee structure of the company secretary course has been attached below and can be downloaded easily. |
