List of Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) : Bharat Electronics Limited Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited Coal India Limited GAIL (India) Limited Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited National Aluminium Company Limited NMDC Limited Oil India Limited Power Finance Corporation Limited Power Grid Corporation of India Limited Rural Electrification Corporation Limited Shipping Corporation of India Limited :: The exam dates are released throughout the year and the peak time period is May-Sept . Eligibility : BE/B.Tech/BSc(Engg) – Degree required. For final-year students can also apply .but mark- sheets must be presented at the time of interview. Minimum cut-off % of B.Tech varies for different PSUs Gen. Category:60% -70% Reserved Category:50% - 60%. Selection Procedure : :: In this selection part the processors is divide in to 3 parts;...... Written Examination Interview & GD Medical Examination :: The syllabus for the written test will be divide in to Technical and non-technical;.. For Technical (Engineering) section: Follow the IES,GATE combined syllabus. For Non-Technical section: Prepare Reasoning, Aptitude, Data interpretation, English grammar & General knowledge :: NOTE:The selection process is first conducted the written test ,in this only short listed and those are qualified in this test call the interview and gd section , after that conducted the Medical test. Re: Jobs for electronics engineers in PSU companies dear friend, As you are a student of Electronic engineering, then it is a very good chance for you to get a job in PSU. you can try for JTO in BSNL, Railways, SAIL,BHEL, BARC, DRDO etc. The minimum requirement is just you have to pass your B.Tech with 60% marks & without any back logs. & you can easily see the job vacancies in either in employement news as well as in different websites also. Some good websites which can alert you through sms are: www.freshersworld.com www.way2sms.com www.naukri.com www.monesterjobs.com etc good luck. |

Re: Jobs for electronics engineers in PSU companies for a desirable candidate it is not good option for joining in bsnl as the pay scale was not improved after the sixth pay revision and they can choose any other psu's, but if an engineer doesnt get a job then something is better than nothing |

Re: Jobs for electronics engineers in PSU companies hi... electronic engineering iz a very good and advanced branch in enginnering.. there r lots of jobs avalable fr this branch as this is one of the core branch. NTPC,NALCO,JINDAL,VEDANTA,are some reputed companies who recrute electronics students.but you have to work hard to get through it..the TATA's, BHEL are also recruting.So work hard and get in these PSU.. GOOD luck.......
