Re: Is GATE considered for Ph.D admission? GATE- GRADUATE APTITUDE TEST IN ENGINEERING is not considered for Ph.D admission. Ph.D. - DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY can be taken by one who has completed his Master Degree in the respective subject with minimum 60% marks, there are also other criteria for admission to Ph.D. The Institute admits candidate to different type of Ph.D. Program such as Full-time, Self-Financed, Part-Time. |

Re: Is GATE considered for Ph.D admission? dear friend, My friend, to get admission for P.hd in a well renounced college , one must have GATE qualified score card.. Otherwise one can not be able to take admission in P.Hd course.. If you have a GATE qualified score card then it will work as your plus point to get a job in any PSU's or for higher studies.. So, appear in GATE exam, and try to qualify in the exam.. All the best. |
