So, you cant apply for this examination now. But the application form in prescribed format must reach at the commission office either by registered post OR speed Post. So, you can send application either from speed post OR from registered Post. The information regarding PCS examination and all other details are availiable in the Notification, so please read the Notification properly before apply for the examination.
