Hi I have done my graduation and wants to study law, what are the degree I can opt for and will this be recognized by Bar council of India to practice as an advocate. Some of the best Centers for Distance Education in Law are as follows: Indira Gandhi National Open University (Delih), Annamalai University (Tamil Nadu), National Law School of India University (Bangalore), The Dr. Ambedkar Law University (TN), Kakatiya University (Warangal), Kurukshetra University (Haryana), Madurai Kamraj University (Madurai), Mahatma Gandhi University (Kottayam), SNDT Women’s University (Mumbai) etc |

Re: Any options available to study Law through correspondence? Yes definitely you can do your LLB course after the 12th class. You need to attend the entrance exams.The minimum percentage is around 45% but it will differ from one university to another.As far as correspondence course is concerned only few have the facility. There are many reputed college which offer the part time courses in LLB. Some of the important colleges are – IGNOU, People's Education Society's Dr Ambedkar College of Law, and National Law School, Cochin University etc. |
