HCL PLACEMENT PATTERN HCL placement pattern consists of three important rounds to select the freshers as Software Engineers, the rounds as follows... -> Aptitude Test. -> Technical Interview. -> Personal Interview. -> If you can clear the first aptitude test round then for sure you can easily make it to the other two rounds if you have average communication and technical skills. -> As you know each company coming for the campus placement use to follow a separate set of pattern for the aptitude round, which in sense different sections like reasoning, verbal, aptitude etc... -> So you have to know the pattern of the test in prior so that you can prepare accordingly.. -> The aptitude test pattern followed in the previous years for HCL is as follows, hope it will be the same this year too... -> Quantitative - 25questions in 35minutes. -> Verbal - 25question in 25minutes. -> Reasoning - 25 questions in 35minutes. -> To prepare for the above topics online CLICK HERE!!! -> I have also attached the previous year model papers of HCL in this post for your reference, check it out if needed.. -> Refer the previous year papers and try to find out the pattern of questions followed and prepare for it accordingly... -> To attend a online mock test for HCL CLICK HERE!!! -> The technical interview consists of questions based on core subjects which you studied from your second year, so if you can brush up all the concepts then you can easily clear this round.. -> Try to brush up the concepts of all the programming languages which you studied if you are from CSE background if not introduction of the topics is more than enough.. -> In HR interview the questions will be of straight forward, which mostly will be on personal things, so you can easily tackle it if you have a average communication skills.. -> I have attached some of the files which might help you for Technical and HR interview as well.. check it out if needed.. -> To know more tips regarding placement preparation check out my post #2 CLICK HERE!!! -> Any more queries, feel free to leave a post in our forum..
