IMPORTANT DATES:- ENGINEERING SERVICE EXAM Date of notification:-10.03.2012 Last date for form submission:-09.04.2012 Date of exam:-15.06.2012 ELIGIBILITY FOR ENGINEERING SERVICE:- -- Your age should not be less than 21 years & should not be more than 30 years -- The Upper age limit is relaxed to SC,ST & O.B.C. candidates. -- For SC/ST candidates 5 years of age relaxation is available. i.e. age limit is 21-35 years -- For O.B.C candidates 3 years of age relaxation is given i.e. age limit is 21-33 years You must have completed your engineering with following streams. --Civil Engineering --Electrical Engineering --Mechanical engineering. --Electronics and Communication Engineering You must be physically fit for applying for the post. You must be Indian citizen. -- 4 number of attempts for open category. -- 7 attempts for O.B.C(Other Backward Class). -- Unlimited attempts for SC/ST candidates. |

The number of posts expected to be filled up by this exam is about 965. The notification number No. 04/2010-CSP. The last date for the receipt of filled application at UPSC is 2 nd February, 2010. Re: When will be indian engineering service exam(2010) conducted? dear friend, it is different exam with respect to IAS. it is also conducted by UPSC. its exam is going to be held in june 2011. it is a two tier exam.one is written test(objective as well subjective ) and other is interview. best of luck. |

Re: When will be indian engineering service exam(2010) conducted? the exact dates are not yet announced.......tracking past announcement the forms may available around second week of this month and the exam will be conducted during june second week. the procedure for the exam ,we have objective papers (200+200+200)marks and conventional papers(200+200) totally 1000 marks,atlast personality test. the written exam will be conducted over 3 days,qualified will be called for interview. thanks. |
