hai friend.you are interested for IT job in industry means focus your carrier in information technology or human resource with current affairs knowledge.it is possible to get a good job in IT industry as well as in banking sector.All the best for your colorful future.

Master of Business Administration.
In my view of point MCA is better than MBA.
MCA -3 years
MBA - 2 years
Because it's a less investment course as compared to MBA
Then
If u choose MCA u have lot of placement opportunities from the companies
1. TCS
2. INFOSYS
3. HCL
In tamilnadu lot of MNC companies are available, so you can easily get your placement and you can go off site jobs.
The salary will start from 15k if you are fresher

So MCA is better.
But MBA
you have to study good reputed institute with good personality development

with managing power like that administrative position.

Otherwise you can't shine.
