What is the procedure to apply for private bank jobs? friend, You can apply for bank examination There are 2 ways for you... 1.PO 2.CLERK PO eligibility criteria : 1.You should complete your graduation 2.You must have minimum 60% marks in your graduation 3.Your age must be within 21 to 30 years Clerk eligibility criteria :1.You should complete your 12th standard 2.You must have minimum 60% marks in your 12 th standard. 3.Your age must be within 18 to 28 years Reply With Quote |

Hi as far as your interests lies in banking , i can really advise you good because i myself have cleared bank IBPS cwe for PO position in 2011 and waiting for interview call. to crack banking is not tough until and unless you are focussed and consistent in your work. following points will be helpful:- IBPS conducts banking exams ( CWE ) for PO positions every 6 months , the next exam is in sep 2012 for PO. go and visit IBPS website and find all info. there is a common set of pattern which is followed by all banks . they ask questions on : 1) quantitative aptitude - class 10th and 12th maths 2) reasoning - Refer to R S Agarwal 3) basic engish 4) current affairs - Pratiyogita Darpan + newspapers 5) computer knowledge - basic level 6) marketing knowledge ( optional) you need to start working on these areas. if you are really interested then you should go and purchase 2 question bank for bank exams " and start practising on it. you have to be very careful while answering questions because in 90% of bank written exams negative marking is there plus you have to take care of your speed because there is limited time and lot many questions. age group should be between 21 to 30 years with atleast 55% marke in aggregate in graduation. For bank Clerk exams you should be 12th pass with 55% aggregate . questions are asked on same pattern all the best. |
