Re: When will the UPTU forms be available in online and offline? There has been no announcement till date regarding the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UP-SEE) 2012. You can expect the UP-SEE 2012 advertisement anytime from now to March month. The advertisement for UP-SEE 2012 shall be published in leading newspapers of U.P.
