A branch alone cannot survive in market without the help of other branches and vice-versa. For answering your question, i want to tell you that :- - Computer Science and Engineering - Mechanical Engineering - Electrical Engineering - Electronics and Telecommunication - Civil Engineering - Chemical Engineering - Aeronautical Engineering - Marine Engineering you can choose any branch listed above. Any branch will fetch you a good career profile and money if you are passionate and hard-working and if you can do work with full dedication. Every branch have lots of jobs opportunities in private sector, but mechanical, ECE, civil also has lots of options in Government jobs also. Have a Nice Day !! |

Computer branch is a very good branch and have so much scope so that if you want to choose this field,you have to learn several languages like c,c++,java etc. which gives you opportunities in your future.You have to be update with the latest version of languages. And the other one is civil branch.Its a growing branch at present.so if you choose civil branch then its very good for you to getting job in public sector.So much requirment for civil engineer. Some of the engineering branches are: 1) computer science 2) information technology 3) electronics and communication 4) electronics and instrumental engineering 5) mechanical 6) chemical 7) food technology 8) biotechnology 9) aeronautics 10) electrical engineering 11) civil engineering I suggest you choose your branch according to your favorite subject. Like you can choose one branch between computer and IT if you are interested in computer programming. If you feel good to continue study the portion of physics like semiconductors, conductors, transistor,etc you can choose any -> one branch of electronics. Electronics and communication is related to the communication and electronics and instrumental is related to the electronics instrumental that uses in technology. If you are interested in making circuits you can do electrical engineering If you are interested in construction you can choose one between mechanical and civil.Mechanical includes the methods so that it can be smooth , less friction, bending of the pipes,etc while civil includes the material that is used in construction. If you are interested in checking the quality of food you can do engineering in food technology. you can do chemical engineering if you likes chemistry practicals. you can do engineering in aeronautical if you are innovated and like planes But I will suggest you to choose the branch in which you feel comfortable. Because if you choose uncomfortable branch it would be worst to you and your future. If you have confusion still now. I recommend you choose among mechanical, civil or aeronautical engineering |

But among all the branches, some branches are having better career option comparing to others branches. I am listing some branches having better career on periority wise. 1. Mechanical Engineering 2. After completion of your B.tech degree you can get a good job in software sectors as well as in core sectors.. Now it is depends upon personal interest.. In which branch you want to make your career.. If you have interest in computer and you want to join in software companies, then you can go for streams like- 1.computer science 2.Information Technology 3.Electronics and communication. If you have interest in Core field then you can go for streams like- 1.Mechanical 2.Electrical 3.Civil Now you decide in which field you want to make your career.. But if you perform well in your courses you will surely become a well competent engineer. For this you need to develop your skills in all the field of your branch. As far today the branches with more human power demand are civil, mechanical, eee, ece, etc |

But now mecanical stream has good and better value.If you score best in this stream then you will be eligible for job in better company.and also earn good salari and your starting salari will be minimum 14,000-19,000 per month. Re: Which engineering branch is the best to choose for the better career? You can make a bright carrier in the MECH,CIVIL AND E&C filed. These filed has a lot of carrier option in both filed in government as well as in private. You are eligilble for the Engg. service exam if you select any one of them. But one should make your carrier as per his interest in subjects. CS and all rest are also good but they have a least carrier option in goverment filed but a good carrier option in private field. |

Its not that one branch provides good career and the other provides poor career. Every branch is having good scope for the future. It all depends upon your performance whether you are going to have a fruitful career or not. If you perform well and make use of the course fully in whatever the branch of Engineering, you are going to have a good career. So, decide yourself the Engineering branch which best suits to you depending upon the knowledge you have in that particular area and the strengths you have in that particular area. There are number of specializations are being available in Engineering. You have the opportunity to work in the infrastructure of the country, so building bridges, roads, etc. will always be on demand. After some time you have to do repairs so must likely you will always be on demand! One thing you should take in consideration is what are your interests. I loved my classes when I was in college, but they are just subjects. You will learn the principles involved to find solutions. In a real work environment you will apply those learned principles but will only specialized in a particular area. |
