Yes you are eligible of A.F.M.C entrance exam.

A.F.M.C entrance exam is a national level exam.

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass 12th with Physics, chemistry and biology with minimum 50% marks.
> Must be above 17 year and below 21 year.
> Must be citizen of India.

you should be within the age of 17-22,.. and you should be unmarried,..and you will not be permitted to marry before completing,... you should be passed with minimum aggregate of 60% of marks with the subjects english,physics,chemistry, biology,...

Here i am providing you the age criteria in order to appear for AFMC 2011.

A candidate must have attained the age of 17 years on 31st December 2011

But must have not attained the age of 22 years on the above mentioned date i.e.not born earlier 1st January 1990 and not later than 31 December 1994.

As per this criteria, you are eligible to appear for AFMC exam if you comply with academic qualification

No,you are not eligible for taking AFMC examination. FIrst ,you take class-12 exam and complete your 17 years of age.

hello dear,
The minimum age for appearing in the exam is 17 year by december. and maximum one can give 3 attempt of AFMC.
For appearing in this exams one should have biology(must) in 12th because it is obvious if you are going to take medical exam then bio is your core subject...

One can become eligible For AFMC exam if he/she is of 17yrs or more .So, you being 16 yrs old is eligible for it.So, better prepare for board exam.

Armed Forces Medical College Entrance Exam Eligibility

Must have passed the XII standard as a regular student with the subjects of English,
Physics, Chemistry and Biology securing not less than 60% of aggregate marks in the
three science subjects.

They must have also passed an examination in Mathematics at least of the matriculation
standard

A graduate of B.Sc. Examination with not less than two of the subjects Physics,
Chemistry, Biology (Botany or Zoology).

Age Limit :

Must have attained the age of 17 years and not more then 22 years for 10+2 students
Must not more then 24 years for bsc graduate

As you are studying in 12th so you are not eligible for AFMC examination

here is

Eligibility criteria for AFMC Examination:

1) A candidate must have attained an age of 17 years before 31st December, 2011 and should not be more than 22 years on 31st December, 2011.


2) Candidates should have passed all the subjects in the first attempt of qualifying examination and should have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and at least 50% in each of these subjects individually and also in English.

So try after completing 12th.

As you have to write the exam for the 2011 batch here are the eligibility qualities

Must have attained the age of 17 years on 31 December 2011 but must NOT have attained the age of 22 years on the date i.e. not born earlier than 01 January 1990 and not later than 31 December 1994.

As your age is below 17 years so you will not give this exam.

i am sorry dear that you are at present not eligible for the exam as i think you are younger in age to sit for the exam, as they require at least 17 years of age for appearing in the exam but you can try for other exams and aplly for AFMC next year good luck to you bbye take care...till then prepare because the paper standard is quite goood and yo have to be relly precise in answering questionss....

u dont satisfy the eligibility criteria, though, u can appear next year if u have scored first divison, i guess there are 25 seats for girls and they are granted permanent commission

just wait for one year & prepare well through this one year then youn can surly crack AFMC
study 11 to 12 hours daily that is the least you can do.

Eligibility criteria:

A candidate must have attained at age of 17 years before 31st December, 2010 and should not be more than 22 years on 31st December, 2010. Besides a candidates should not be married and cannot marry even during the course. Also a candidates should be medically fit according to the specified standards.

Candidates should have passed all the subjects in the first attempt of qualifying examination and should have secured atleast 60% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and atleast 50% in each of these subjects individually and also in English.
