Re: What are the rounds for clerical cadre after clearing the written test?

After clearing the written test, the next round is personal interview. The final selection will be on the basis of your performance in the interview. Only with good preparation one can clear the interview. You should have a good idea regarding the type of questions which can be asked in the interview. The level of preparation should be on the basis of that. You should be having good knowledge regarding the current happenings. A high level of confidence must be there while attending the interview. You should attend mock interviews which will help you to enhance your level of performance.

Re: What are the rounds for clerical cadre after clearing the written test?

Here is the selection procedure for the position of Clerks in Banks.
-Written Test
-Interview.

The written test consists of questions from the following categories
-Reasoning
-Quantitative aptitude
-General Awareness
-General English
-Computer knowledge

One should have to secure minimum qualifying marks in each of the categories of the written exam to get through the written test.

The candidates who have got through the written exam will be invited for the Interview in the ratio of 1:3.

So, the only round which the candidate has to get through after written exam is Interview.

In Interview, you will be posed several questions regarding
-Banking knowledge
-your academic details
-your strengths, hobbies etc.

Depending upon your performance in the Interview which is combined with the performance in the written exam, they will decide whether to offer a job opportunity for you or not.

Its better if you have some computer certificate and computer knowledge.

You should be able to communicate effectively in at least 2 languages. So, make your preparation for the Interview accordingly.

Make a note of it. The competition for Clerical positions is very high. More than 5 lakhs candidates have got through IBPS Common Written Exam for the recruitment of clerks.
