Re: Future after MCA? i am studing mca IInd year hai friends...this is vamshi i have one doubt about mca am a bsc mstcs student in degree and now what can i do ?? mba or mca my degree persentages are low in computer science. but i have the intrest in computers so please give me a sugession for my future?? after completing the mca.. in interviews they are sea the profile of past i mean degree and inter?? or not?? please tell me pls........... |

Re: Future after MCA? i am studing mca IInd year Hi Dear, As seen your past academic details it seems to be that you are average student ,but its ok ,even though you have keen interest in Computrs field and you are deciding whether to go with stream or not . So, if you are so much good enough in this field you should go with MCA and try to make career bright in computers field .Even you have done GNIIT course also ,which will also make a value added point during your placement process .SO,go a head and really there is a good future in after completing MCA specially for the students who are really interested in IT field .Best of luck .Thanks |

Make the subject of study your passion not burden,dont think you negetive,just be posistive. MCA has a promissing career prospect in India,since the market is healing now it is expected to employ near about 1.5 lacs IT proffessionals till 2012. After MCA u can apply ur candidature for the following: 1.Software Programmer 2.Software Engineer 3.Software Developer 4.Systems Analyst 5.Software Application Architect 6.Software Consultant 7.And u can also become an IT officer in any bank |

You have all the career oppotunities that A BE students have with Exception that you are already post graduate. Talking about careers : 1)Go for a JOB in any IT company.(Best) 2) If you are interested in management line and you have good communication skill go for an full time MBA. |

The choice made by you should depend on your own interest. Before taking any decsion first you should see that what you want to become in your coming years. If you have interest in management than you can do MBA and get good job. But if you have very much nterest in computers it would be better for you to do MCA than MBA. after MCA you will become equivalent to BTEch student. It will be time taking process so all depend on you resources. Any graduate can do MBA but selected can do MCA. |

Re: Future after MCA? i am studing mca IInd year In the recent years demand for MCA is coming down as the professionals of B.Tech/B.E are increasing and due to the recession. Ofcourse companies take MCA professionals too....but its better to get a job in campus placements itself when you are in 3rd year through college. Remember that your chance to get job decreases year by year after you pass.(i am saying about the passouts).i mean if there is a passout of 2010 he finds difficult to get a job after 2011 because there will be 2011 passouts along with you in competition.... And teaching field is always a good option |

Re: Future after MCA? i am studing mca IInd year dear friend, After doing MCA there is a huge scope to get a job in software company.. you can apply for any kind of job in Software company.. you can get higher salary than a bachelor degree holder candidate.. if you want to do further study then you can appear in GATE for MTECH.. after that you will get a very good job.. you can also do some short term courses for getting preference at the time of applying for a job.. all the best. |

With teaching line i want to start a buisness with my brothers. Because i live in a small city.there are many engineering college in my city where i can start teaching line.but a corporate line in a company is also good future for me. So what should i do.
