Hi If you have got 134686 rank in AIEEE as your AIR, then I am very sorry to say that you cannot get any seat in Jaypee colleges. Jaypee is regarded as one of the finest private Institutions in our country and so they fill up their seats at a maximum rank of 40,000 AIR. Whereas you have got more than 1 lac. So your chances of getting a seat in any stream in Jaypee is nil. What I would suggest you is that you should try in private colleges like SRM, Manipal, VIT, LPU, Amity etc. Or you may also take a year drop and then prepare even better for these competitive exams so that next time you fare well.
