Re: How to apply for Navy after completion of 10+2 in Science stream? dear friend, After 12th or after graduation you can join Indian Navy.As you are a diploma graduate then you are also very much eligible for Indian Navy.See you have to take information from different newspapers and websites when the vacancies of Navy will come and according to this you can apply. You can also apply for NDA. There generally two examination are held for NDA, one is NDA-1 and another is NDA-2.You can also attempt both this two exam. Then you have to appear in NDA exam.. Through NDA exam you will be able to apply for Indian NAVY after completion of 12th class. NDA exam is a defense service exam which is conducted twice in every year by UPSC. Eligibility for NDA exam:--------------------------------- >>The candidate must have complete the 12th class in science field with subjects like--- Physics, chemistry and maths. >>A candidate, who is appearing in 12th class board exam can also apply for the exam. >>Age should be in between 16.5-19 years. >>Candidate must be physically fit. >>The candidate should be a citizen of India. These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill. So, you can apply for Indian Navy wing through NDA exam.. Get prepare for the exam... The date of online registration of NDA 1 exam is already over.. But you can apply for NDA 2 exam..Which is going to be held in the month of august... Re: How to apply for Navy after completion of 10+2 in Science stream? No. You are not eligible to apply for Indian Navy as per your academic qualification. One should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years to be eligible for this exam. In addition, you should be an unmarried male candidate to appear for this Exam. In order to get into Navy, you should have to crack NDA Exam which is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year. This Exam is the common entrance exam for the candidates to be placed in various defence services like -Army -Navy -Air Force The selection procedure which you have to undergo to be placed in above defence services is by -Written Exam -Interview Later on, the candidate has also to go through Medical test. -One should have completed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects in order to be eligible to apply for Navy and Air Force wings. -But to be eligible to apply for Army wing, candidates who have completed 10+2 with any of the stream are eligible. -Candidates who are pursuing final year of 10+2 are also eligible to apply for this Exam. As you are a candidate from Science stream, you might not be having Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects. If you are having these subjects in 10+2, then you can apply for Navy wing of NDA Exam. Otherwise, if you possess the above mentioned age, you can apply for Army wing.
