Re: Use of pencil in place of Ball pen in AIEEE form Sir i have filled the wrong test booklet number in omr sheet of ugc net exam and after realizing the mistake i just correct it manually by crossing the wrong numbers and write it manually above the coloum. Although my other information like roll number, center no, subject code is perfectly bubbled in omr sheet. Is there any chance of rejection of omr sheet? |

Re: Use of pencil in place of Ball pen in AIEEE form HI If you have used a dark pencil then it won't create a problem as it would go undetected by the optical reading machine . They mention their black ball pen just for more caution purpose so needn't worry . |

Re: Use of pencil in place of Ball pen in AIEEE form Quote:
it's a very silly mistake. when you have done this mistake you should immediately contact with the examination hall visitor. they might help you at that time what to do even they might change your OM answer sheet. but you have not done this. now you can't do anything. it's totally depends on the board now. they may cancel your answer sheet or may not cancel. one thing if OMR sheet roll number is checked by computer or any other machine then surely your answer sheet will be canceled but if roll number portion is checked by manual and if you have clearly mentioned the right one then they may accept your answer sheet. just wait for the result. best of luck. |

Re: Use of pencil in place of Ball pen in AIEEE form Hi, Dont worry your form will not be rejected, just because of darkening the circle with pencil. The machine from which the forms are scanned, are also pencil sensitive, but as there is mentioned to darken the circles from black pen,you are required to follow it,be careful from next time. Thanks |

Re: Use of pencil in place of Ball pen in AIEEE form Quote:
AIEEE FORM SUBMISSION PROBLEM Use of pencil is strictly prohibited as per the instruction given in information bronchure which has been provided to you along with form. How can you neglect the instruction. It looks like you haven't read the instruction carefully before filling of application. Your application is liable for rejection according to aieee guidelines but i have seen so many similar cases in which students had received their admit card. Since the checking is done by a machine which is also a pencil sensitive , i personally don't think your form will get rejected . Don't try to send another form as it will increase the chances of rejection of form because aieee doesn't allow multiple form submission. Read the instruction carefully in future Before filling the application form. With Regards ravik1214 |

Re: Use of pencil in place of Ball pen in AIEEE form There is clearly mentioned in the instructions to be followed while filling AIEEE form that one should use ball pen. So it is against the instructions of using pencil instead of ball pen. There is a chance to reject the application form. However its not good to apply again. Then both the applications are going to be rejected. check the status of your AIEEE application form. If it reached and accepted, then you can get the admit card |

Re: Use of pencil in place of Ball pen in AIEEE form your form will not be cancelled. machine can detect both pen and pencil. if machine shows eroor then it will be checked manully. its a question of one's future board cannot neglect it so easily. Re: Use of pencil in place of Ball pen in AIEEE form As it is clearly mentioned in the AIEEE Form submission is that only blue or black ball point pen should be used in filling up the form otherwise it will get rejected. It is a big mistake. So you should read the instruction for filling the application form carefully. |
