Re: Is there any entrance exam or through GATE exam for M.Tech in Aligarh Muslim University? How to prepare for entrance exam? GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. This Exam is being conducted by GATE Committee which consists of Professionals from Indian Institute of Science and 7 IIMs (Indian Institute of Management). Here are some of the guidelines to prepare for GATE Exam. -As you have less time in your hands, don't bother or fear regarding the completion of syllabus for GATE Exam. -If you have fear in your mind, obviously you can not prepare for this Exam in better manner. -Try to finish the subjects first which you feel easy and then go for the subjects which you feel difficult. -As you have less time, don't stick to be perfect in entire syllabus. -Try to cover the important areas. -Try to purchase the GATE Questions and Answers Boosk in the market and go through them. -Practice as many model question paper and previous year question papers as you can. -Many of the questions that will be asked in GATE Exam are from your academic syllabus. So, don't neglect academics too. There is no limit on the number of attempts for this exam. So, I suggest you to appear for this exam in the pre fina year of your Engineering course. GATE score card is valid for a period of 2 years in the snese if you have appeared for GATE Exam in 2 consecutive years, you can use the GATE score card whichever is better to get admission for M.Tech course. How to prepare for entrance exam? 3rd year is best to write GATE exam , because you can remember 1st , 2nd year topics so it easy to write exam , if you have not get in 3rd year dont worry you got some what idea about GATE exam you can also write in 4th year . all the best . . . |
