you need to complete your graduation first then apply for the groups exams.
of course an age limit to apply for those exam which varies as per the examination authority, as well as the group level.
For group I, in almost every state, the minimum educational qualification is a bachelors degree in any stream awarded by a recognized stream.
The minimum eligible age in usually 21 years and the maximum age limit could be anything between 30-35 years, depending upon the standard set by the particular state.

There is usually no percentage criteria to assess candidates eligibility for Group exams. For Group exams, you just need to pass the qualifying exam from a recognized board or university.
There is of course an age limit to apply for those exam which varies as per the examination authority, as well as the group level.

Hai,
There is no much percentage is restricted to apply the groups exams, it's just graduation from any recognised university.
So you need to complete your graduation first then apply for the groups exams.
