NDA stands for NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY, the exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA. The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical Fitness. The last date of application for NDA is 04.06.2012, the registration process for NDA-II 2012 exam is going on now followed by exam on 19.08.2012. Re: Last date to fill the application form for NDA Exam? NDA stands for National Defense Academy.NDA Examination are conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice in a year. NDA Examination is conducted in 3 wings: • Indian Air Force • Indian Navy • Indian Army The Eligibility Criteria: ** The candidate must have to pass 12th class from a recognized university. ** And the final year of 12th class students also to apply for this NDA Examination. ** The age limit in between 16.5 to 19 years. ** The candidate must be male person & unmarried and medically fit. ** The candidate must be citizen of India. Re: Last date to fill the application form for NDA Exam? NDA Exam is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year. By cracking this exam, there will be a scope for the candidates to be placed in the following defence services -Army wing -Navy wing -Air Force wing The complete selection procedure to be placed in above defence services is by -Written Exam -Interview Further a medical test will also be conducted as a part of selection procedure. For the previous academic year, UPSC has successfully completed both the NDA Exams. For this academic year, I am sorry to say that the last date to apply for NDA I Exam was over. If you have applied for this exam, then have good preparation for the exam which will make you to get through the exam. If you have not applied for the exam, then I suggest you to apply for NDA II Exam of this year. Here are the important dates regarding this Exam. -Date of commencement of notification : 05-05-2012 -Last date to submit the completed application forms : 04-06-2012 -Date of NDA II Exam : 19-08-2012 Make sure that you should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years otherwise you are not eligible to appear for this exam.
