University of Delhi M.Sc Computer Science Entrance Test is an entrance exam conducted by Delhi University for the selection of suitable candidates for the MSc Computer Science course offered by various institutes under the University. Delhi University is one of the most prestigious Universities in India. M.Sc Computer Science examination is conducted by Department of Computer Science under Delhi University. The duration of the course is two years. Large number of candidates applies for the test each year. Structure of University of Delhi M.Sc Computer Science Entrance Test For getting admission for the M Sc courses offered by Delhi University the candidates have to attend for a written entrance test. The written entrance test consists of two papers. The time allotted for the test is two hours. The first paper consists of objective type format and second paper includes descriptive type questions. The questions are mainly to evaluate the candidates’ knowledge in the subjects of Computer Science and mathematics. There are four alternatives provided with each questions. The candidates have to select the correct answer from the alternatives. Syllabus of University of Delhi M.Sc Computer Science Entrance Test The test consists of questions mainly from two subjects i.e. Mathematics and Computer Science. The topics of the exam are listed below. Mathematics Algebra Calculus Geometry Vector Calculus Differential Equations Real Analysis Probability and Statistics Computer Science Discrete Structures Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms Computer System Architecture Operating Systems Software Engineering DBMS and File Structures Computer Networks Eligibility Criteria The main requirement needed for the candidates for getting admission for the MSc in Computer science in Delhi University is to complete the Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or B Sc Mathematics or B Sc Physics with Computer Science as an optional subject with minimum 60% marks. The candidates must obtain the degree from Delhi University or from any recognized University. The SC/ST candidates have been provided with 5% relaxation |

Besides this some short term course you can pursue like : i. Core Java, ii. Advanced Java, iii. J2EE, iv. ASP .NET using VB, v. ASP .NET using C#, vi. ASP .NET using J#, vii.C/C++, viii.SQL, ix. image processing etc. good luck. |
