Re: Which GATE score will be valid if I attempt again and score better and get better rank? I HAVE BETTER GATE SCORE IN 2019 COMPARED TO 2020 BUT MY RANK IS BETTER IN 2020 THAN LAST YEAR. Re: Which GATE score will be valid if I attempt again and score better and get better rank? i have AIR 2540 last year but i heard that it will be revised while taking admission.this year as.number of candidatez increased this year.....my last year score was 514 will it decrease while taking admission this year. |

But if you improve it by writing gate 2011 then it will be more better for you as you can score more and might be get chance into the IITs. But AIR1097 will be good enough for getting admission in the good college. |

Previously gate score was valid for two years. So many students written the exam in the 3rd year of B.tech itself. So there is a chnce write two times before completion of the b.tech. Which time you get a better score then you can apply the colleges with that score card. Now The gate valid score is valid for only one year. So what ever score you get now that score will be applicable. Previous score will not applicable even if you get better score than present |

Your rank is very good but if you will get better than previous rank then you will have a chance to take admission in M.Tech on the basis of best of two results. And you will decide from which rank you want to take admission in any college. good luck. |

If you secure less in this year of GATE exam, then your previous year score card will be considered for the admission in the admission of MTech. Fortunately, if you score well in this year in comparison to previous year than your present score card will be valid. According to your previous year score card you would not get seat in IITs, But there is possibility to get seat in NITs and I am very sure that you can easily get seat in STATE government engineering colleges like jadapur university, Shibpur university etc. Best of luck |

GATE score card is valid for two year from the publication of result of GATE. now at the time of admission if you have two GATE score then the best GATE score will be considered to take admission. so appear in the GATE in final year also. this score is very good score. but surely you will do better in next year so that you can take admission in a very good institution. so study carefully. best of luck. |

The GATE sore card is valid for 2 years...then it is considered invalid...If you give the GATE exam \for consectively 2 years then the score with Higher marks will be valid...So you need not worry...to increase your rank....you can give the exam as many times you want.. |

The validity of GATE score is of two years & you have a chance to improve your rank in GATE-2011. Your rank is very good but if you will get better than previous rank then you will have a chance to take admission in M.Tech on the basis of best of two results. You can se the on e with better rank and join M.Tech. Better AIR rank is preferred. Don't worry. You got really nice score. You have many chances. |
