Re: How can class 12th board girls enter Indian Air Force? What are the necessities required? I am extremely sorry to say but girls are not allowed to give the NDA entrance exam. So there is no way you can join army after class 12. But you can give the AFCAT exam after completing your graduation. AFCAT Exam Eligibility Criteria:- By giving AFCAT Exam you can apply for the following posts:- I. Technical Branch II. Flying Branch III. Ground Duty Branch >You should have a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university to sit for this post. >Your age should be between 19 to 28 years. Re: How can class 12th board girls enter Indian Air Force? What are the necessities required?  Iam sorry to say this Girls are not eligible for indian airforce after 12th standard. To join in Airforce the candidates should be appear NDA(National Defence Service) exam, as per NDA regulations girls are not eligible for defence services like airforce and etc.. The complete details about NDA exam is given below Eligibility criteria:- Candidates should be complete 12th standard or equivalent from an aggregate board. For Airforce and Navy wings you must have PCM subjects in 12th standard but no need for Army wing. Percentage is not important to apply this exam. 12th standard appearing students may also eligible for this exam. The age limits is 16.5 years to 19 years. Only unmarried male candidate are eligible for this exam i.e girls are not eligible for NDA. Selection process:- 1. Written test, 2. SSB interview, 3. Medical test. Important dates:- Starting Date of notification--> 05-05-2012, Last date for perceiving applications forms--> 04-06-2012, Date of written examination--> 19-08-2012. Re: How can class 12th board girls enter Indian Air Force? What are the necessities required? GIRLS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER INDIAN AIR FORCE AFTER 12TH BOARD. After 12th Board an unmarried Indian Male candidate within the age of 16.5 to 19 years can join Indian Air Force/Army/Navy through NDA(National Defence Academy) exam conducted by UPSC twice every year. Girls are not eligible to appear for NDA after 12th but Girl candidate can join Indian Air Force after Graduation within the age of 19 to 25 years through AFCAT(Air Force Common Admission Test) conducted by Air Force. Hiii Here are some options for girls in IAF:- Your age should be between 19 to 25 years Educational qualification : You must be Graduate in any Discipline with 50% marks and 2 years Service in N.C.C Senior Div Army with Minimum 'B' grade in 'C' Certificate Exam. AFCAT(MEN and Women):- Age :- Your age should be 20 to 27 Years Educational qualification : You should be Engineering in notified Discipline from a recognized university. CDSE:- This exam will held twice in a year which is conducted by U.P.S.C (Union Public Service Commission). You can join Indian army through the O.T.A (Officer training academy). for female entry. Age : Your age should be 19 to 25 years. Educational qualification :you should be graduate form a recognized university. The benefits enjoyed by the officers include the following: . If you have completed 12th standard from recognized board with science department you are applicable for NDA exam. They are not require any kind of marks criteria.Minimum Qualification of this exam is 12th standard.But you must be fit in medical standard also. Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.There is no age relaxation for NDA exam. Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.You must have citizenship of India. But you are a female candidate so you are not applicable for Indian Air Force exam after 12th. If you have completed Graduation degree then you are applicable for Indian Air Force exam through CDS ,AFCAT Exam. EXAM DATE FOR NDA II EXAM:-
