Dear friend, For appearing for the Geologist exam you must have a age limit of 21-32 years and must have done a degree in: Master's degree in Geology/Applied Geology or Marine Geology from a recognized university Master's degree in Mineral exploration from a recognized university. Written exam Papers: General English - 100 Marks Duration - 2 hrs Geology Paper-I - 200 Marks Duration - 3 hrs Geology Paper-II - 200 Marks Duration - 3 hrs Geology Paper-III - 200 Marks Duration - 3 hrs Hydrogeology - 200 Marks Duration - 3 hrs Interview Thanks |

For appearing for the Geologist exam you must have a age limit of 21-32 years and must have done a degree in: Master's degree in Geology/Applied Geology or Marine Geology from a recognized university Diploma of Associate ship in Applied Geology of Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. Master's degree in Mineral exploration from a recognized university. Master's degree in Hydrogeology from a recognized university. The candidates are selected through 2 stages: Written test. Interview for personality test. Pattern: Written exam Papers: General English - 100 Marks Duration - 2 hrs Geology Paper-I - 200 Marks Duration - 3 hrs Geology Paper-II - 200 Marks Duration - 3 hrs Geology Paper-III - 200 Marks Duration - 3 hrs Hydrogeology - 200 Marks Duration - 3 hrs Candidates who pass the written test are eligible for the interview which is for 200 marks.
