Because there are numerous exams so it is always better to categorize them in terms of streams. If you are from a science stream then Engineering and Medical are the two biggest competitive areas waiting for you : Engineering : IIT JEE AIEEE DCE WB JEE COMET - K IP University Amity University SRMEE VIT EEE UPTU BITSAT NDA AIIMS AIPMT and many more.. If you are from a commerce stream, then graduation will be the option for you. You will have to secure a seat with your 12th boards aggregate in any good University such as DU, MU, LU, University of Calcutta, Rajasthan University and many more... After that you can apply for CA entrance exam. You may also apply for the entrances of BBA, BCA, BBM, IHM, Retail, etc. You may choose whichever stream interests you. All the best Regards #RJ# |

There are many fields with different exam to get into it.The broad spectrum includes Engineering,Medical,Commerce etc Engineering The subject need to be chosen are maths,physics,chemistry The entrance exam available are AIEE,IIT JEE,BITSAT,EAMCET,ISAT, ETC Medical you need to have chosen biology,physics,chemistry. the available exams are AIPMT,AFMS,AIMS etc Commerce you need have chosen commerce You can write CACPT,ICWA, ect |

A Maths student can give competitive exams like IIT JEE AIEEE NDA MHCET MP PET EAMCET NATA BITS But you need to full fill certain eligibility criteria for all of these examinations.A biology student can go for AIIMS EAMCET MHCET MP PET you can even go for streams like Hotel Management,CA,BBA,BBM and other such streams. all the best all the best |

You can appear the AIEEE examination three times starting from the year of appear 12th board examination then the next two subsequent years. I would suggest you not to worry much about no. of attempts. Technically, if one can't qualify AIEEE with a good rank even after three attempts then further hope for a better result is not very practical. Focus on your 12th syllabus and practice well with previous year questions, you will find it easier. One year complete preparation is enough to crack aieee with a good rank. There is no alternate of study to complete an examination. So all you have to do is to study for it just for one year and that would be enough. Good Luck |

For +12 students there are many oppurtunities to write different entrance exams based on the group of subjects they are studying. For mathematics students, IIT-JEE, AIEEE, VITEEE, BITSAT and other local engineering common entrance tests. You can opt for CA also. For Biology students, AIIMS, AFMC, CPMT, JIPMER, AIPMT and they too can write local medical common entrance test. For arts students, ICWA, CA, NIFT, HM, etc. Good luck! |

Re: What all entrance exams can a 12th standard student give? there are lots of entrance exams you can sit for: if you have biology then 1>aipmt 2>aiims 3>wbjee there are many more conducted by other states......vellore is also included in this... if you have computer you can aaply for: 1>iit 2>vitee 3>aieee 4>wbjee 5>ignou 6>orissajee 7>srm etc..........if you are interested in maths then you can apply for isi which is the toughest exam in India............... |
