Re: Can I do CS course while doing a Professional Job? you can do company secretary course while doing job. The course is done through the distance education. It is not the course where you need to attend the classes. Institute of Company Secretary of India is the only institute which organize all activity related to the CS course all over INDIA. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE 10+2 passed any stream (art, science, commerce) or equivalent qualification. CS - COMPANY SECRETARY is a correspondence course. The eligible candidate should have completed 12th from any stream from a recognised State/Central Board or equivalent qualification, can apply for CS course. The course has been designed and managed by INSTITUTE OF COMPANY SECRETARY OF INDIA and can be taken in time of a year by submitting required fees, which has three phases:- Foundation Course Intermediate Course Professional Course. THREE STAGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY 1,FOUNDATION fee- 3600/- 2,EXECUTIVE fee - 7000/- 3,PROFESSIONAL fee - 7750 Admission is open though out the year.examination are held twice a year in june and december. ICSI has 66 center all over INDIA. for further information visit website - www.icsi.edu |

CS - COMPANY SECRETARY is a correspondence course. The eligible candidate should have completed 12th from any stream from a recognised State/Central Board or equivalent qualification, can apply for CS course. The Company Secretary Course is a correspondence course so there should not be any problem doing the course with job if you can separate 2-3 hours daily for your study purposes. Kindly, refer the eligibility criteria of the course and then register for the course accordingly.
