In Prelim Exam of PMT in the year 2007 it was 285 marks(out off 600). year 2008 it was 188 marks(It was too hard) year 2009 it was 300 marks(out off 600) year 2010 it was 111-168 for each section i.e you can say 360 marks(out of 600). LAST YEAR IT WAS around 50%.For preliminary exam held on 03.04.2011 Cutoff was :- GEN/OBC - 400/800 SC/ST - 320/800 The cut-off usually varies from year to year depending on the toughness of the paper. For this year Cut-off Marks for Qualifying for AIPMT prelims Examination: 1. General Quota (400 Marks - 50% - Unreserved) 2. PH Quota (360 Marks - 45% - Physically Handicaped) 3. SC-ST-OBC Quota (320 Marks - 40% - SC-ST-OBC Quota) 4. SC-ST-OBC PH Quota (320 Marks - 40% - Physically Handicaped) with warm regards, GOUTHAM. |

The Cut Off marks for the AIPMT in last three years was 50%. But this is just an assumption that this year too, the cut off marks could be similar to that of the previous year because in the year 2008 it was around 31% and in the year 2007, it was 47.5% whereas, in the year 2006, it was 51%. Since there are various factors affecting the Cut Off marks, we can not provide you any definite number. |
