If you have a graduation degree in any stream (except fine arts) then you can apply for
Executive Course (2nd level of the CS Course) of Company Secretary Course.
If you do not have any graduation degree then you will have to start right from the
Foundation Course as a 12th pass student would have to.
For graduates, it should take at least 2 years to complete the CS course and
for 12th passed students, it should take at least 3 years to complete the CS course.

The IPCC qualification and Intermediate level of CWA qualification alone will not help you
in the exemption from Foundation Course of CS course.
The exemption is given to only Graduates or CA Final qualified or CWA Final qualified.

I would advise you think deeply and then move ahead for a good career.

That you have qualified the intermediate level of both CA and CWA I do not doubt
your capability to do well in the exams but your query suggests that you are sort
of impatient and bit immature in taking decisions. You should at least finish any
one course completely, be it CA, be it CS or be it CWA.

One king is more valuable than three jacks.

If you have only Intermediate qualification of these three courses then your Resume
will never be praised because it shows master of nothing.

Let it be two or more attempts but completing only one among
CA Final course or CWA Final Course or CS Professional Course is much much better
than having completed intermediate level of all the three.

The company secretary program is carried out by ICSI. The requirement is a pass in +2 or equivalent. The minimum age required to apply for the program is 17 years. The aspirants must have a good command over English language. Some of the institutes offering the programs are ICSI New Delhi; ICSI-SIRC House, Chennai etc. After the program you can work in financial firms, private companies and banks. The job covers arranging meetings, recording decisions and collecting information. For junior secretaries the remuneration ranges from Rs.8000 to Rs.15000 plus per month. There are foundation and executive programs. The applicants can get more information from the website of ICSI.

Hi Dear

For complete Company Secretary job you go for
First to complete your Graduation then you go for this position for CS.

Here i give you one PDF link to better knowledge on CS course:-

http://www.icsi.edu/webmodules/stude...r%20Course.pdf

Minimum duration of course is 3 years then you go for training.

This course is divided for 3 stages:-

*Foundation Programs

*Executive Programs

*Professional Programs

Good Luck....................

You can escape foundation level of company secretary
but
It will take 9 month for executive level
plus
15 month professional training
and
1 month extra management training.

Overall it will take 25 month for you to complete company secretary course.
